Privacy requests
Subject: Privacy request. Access, correct, export or delete — verified against your account email, answered within 45 days. You can also disconnect any venue key yourself from inside the app.
Legal notices
Informal dispute resolution starts with written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought, followed by a 30-day wait. See Terms §18.
Arbitration opt-out
Subject: Arbitration Opt-Out, plus your account email, within 30 days of first accepting the Terms. Opting out changes nothing else about your account.
Security
If you think an account or a venue key has been compromised: revoke the key at the venue first, then email. Responsible disclosure of a vulnerability is very welcome.
